03.14.2007 SCREW YOU TIMBALAND - PSP MUSIC GAME
Back in January we found out that hip hop music artist Timbaland stole Janne Sunni's (a.k.a. Tempest) award winning song Acidjazzed Evening, and gave it to Nelly Furtado to use in her 2006 album Loose. You can read all about it and download all the related music tracks here, or just listen to him admit he used Sunni's work here on a radio show. The new story is that Rockstar Games is teaming up with Timbaland to create a music video game called Beaterator for the PSP. Sorry, I know PSP owners don't get cool games too often, and this music mixing, beat making game does sound like a lot of fun, but when an artist makes millions of dollars by stealing someone else's work, I don't feel like helping them get any richer. If you don't give a fuck and still want to buy it, expect a release date some time this summer, but I suggest just playing the free online version instead.
