11.28.2006 PS3 SHOOTER ARRESTED

A 20 year old man was arrested this morning for the shooting of man while he waited in line to buy a PlayStation 3. The two robbers ran up to the PS3 launch line waiters and ordered everyone to throw their cash on the ground knowing each had quite a bit to throw. 21 year old Michael Penkala held onto his $2,500 gil and quickly received massive damage. Penkala is still recovering from his injuries, and one of the two robbers is still on the run.

All that's left to do now is figure out a proper punishment for the robber. I'm all for the cruel and unusual punishment of not allowing the man to play PS3 ever, although there's nothing unusual about not playing the PS3 for most people right now. It might be fun to try a modern day Salem torture, by seeing how many PS3s they can stack on top of him before his insides explode from the weight.
