why does the only videogame movie with a respectable producer/director attached (Jackson with Halo) get shelved, while this shit gets the go ahead. some videogamers are just happy with any movies, but i think the licenses are just being killed for any possibility of future videogame movies.

anyways, the game looks fun. not sure if i'm going to buy it but i'll definitely give it a rental.
also...love the choice of warioware as the next game review. shouldn't be too long / hard to review, and the information about playing it drunk is something i don't think i can get from your average gamespot.com review! :D

EGM was the best gaming magazine i'd ever read in the late 90's.
it seriously trounced gamepro or any other console magazine out there. i remember coming home from school on days where i thought i might have an EGM extremely excited, and then devouring it that afternoon.
i haven't read it recently, but still get news and opinions from 1up.com. i hope both are able to succeed and stick around.
