12.05.2006 NAKED SANTA HAS A PS3 FOR YOU

In that place where hilarious and scarily repulsive is gray area where this man stands motionlessly throughout all of time. I've seen sex used to help PS3 eBay auctions, but this potentially angry Santa has more than one gift for you. Besides the 60GB PS3 and the 3 year Target warranty, he is also offering/threatening:

"Please bid. If I have to list this again I'm moving the PS3 box in the photo. In case you're wondering, none of my parts touched any of its parts.

I will ship overnight insured to anywhere in the US, or for an additional fee, I will deliver the PS3 in a full Santa suit with appropriately dyed beard and hair to anywhere in the continental US between December 19th and 23rd. I suppose if the fee is high enough, I would be willing to deliver the PS3 as pictured. If interested in this delivery, send me an email through ebay after winning the PS3 and we'll find an appropriate fee and set up an auction for the delivery, so it's all on the up and up."

He's asking for $1,000, but surprise surprise, no bids yet. So for those of you that desperate for a PS3, for a $1,000 you could have a Miracle on Your Street, although you might not want to be Home Alone when it arrives. Santa FTW as always. Please don't make him move the box.

11.30.2006 MOST EPIC PS3 DEATH YET

What started as an inside joke on the Shredd and Ragan radio show quickly grew to 176 foot proportions. To protest the PS3's pricey and limited launch, as well as the eBay lunacy, Shredd and Ragan sent the PS3 over Niagra Falls. I'm surprised the PS3 didn't sink, but it survived the fall and floated to freedom. I'm sure a few eBayers are still hunting it down though, PS3 hunting is the biggest aquatic hunting fad since Beluga Bash last summer.

11.17.2006 $99,999,999 PS3 ON EBAY

There's a keeper for yuh ladies! In what started as a $150 bid on EBay for an actual PS3, it slowly moved up to $1000 over the course two days. Then it took off and quickly hit $10,000 making most bidders laugh and decide to just spam fake bids. It went straight from $105,000 to $300,000, and then straight to $1,000,000. And an hour after that you have the price cap seen above.

11.03.2006 N-GAGE IS A PIECE OF SHIT THAT DOESN'T FLUSH

Are there any N-gage fans out there? Speak now or forever hold your peace . . .

Ok, good. Because the whole world doesn't know how much the N-Gage sucked, because that's how much it sucked. Reading that Nokia would ever want to give it another shot is more surprising than reading that I can catch a whale with a machine on eBay. Nokia has decided to stick with the N-Gage name since it's just so damn beautiful, and plans to pack each of them with 3D graphic chips and processors that are four times more powerful than the ones in the original N-Gages. They're also promising that users will be able to download instantaneously over Wi-Fi or 3G, so they must mean business this time, although I doubt Nintendo is caring at all.

11.02.2006 SONY SAYS BEWARE OF PS3 SCAMS

(Besides Sony's PS3 prices). Sony wants the public to know that it's not uncommon for those who buy new launch consoles online through eBay to be sent an empty box or even nothing at all. With the low amount of PS3s on launch day here in America (400,000 -- less than half of the PS2 launch units), Sony wants everyone to expect the worse with online PS3 deals. It's nice to know they're looking out for us, but I think it would help us a lot more if they stopped stores from selling the PS3s only in bundle deals that are $1000.

10.13.2006 Nintendo Wiibay $500 Pre-order Auctions

Wiibay Strikes! Remember when the PS3 preorders came out earlier this week and immediately found their way on eBay just to get removed? Apparently these guys don't remember that, cuz they snagged a Wii pre-order and went straight to eBay setting up $500 auctions. Obviously the auctions are being closed though, eBay is alert today, but I'm sure they will keep popping up from now until launch.

10.11.2006 eBay cancels PS3 Pre-order auctions

Yesterday EB and Gamestop stores across America opened their morning doors to gamers demanding PS3 pre-orders, and on average, each store was able to make about 10 gamers happy, although the difficulty of success ranged from anticlimactic to Dante Must Die depending on where people lived at. Within hours America's PS3 game store pre-orders went "poof" and eBay's PS3 pre-order auctions went "ding!" However, hours later the PS3 auctions were closed, which obviously made many gamers disgruntled.

I guess eBay's policy is that it will not allow pre-order tickets to be sold until 1 month before a console's launch, which is probably the best thing for financially loded Sony fans, since I know I'm not the only one with a gut screaming of a PS3 launch date set back thanks to their OS still being uncompleted among other things. But I still disagree with eBay's rule since gaming's supply and demand is as profitable as it is benevolent. Not all of us can stay up outside of a store all night like the young gaming sons of bitches that we once were, our gaming fingers have endured those frost bite nights in between Thanksgiving and Xmas and now threaten our very role as gamers. Not me though! I can't wait to stay up all night outside of the non pre-order Best Buy near me and get the PS3 that will pay off my 2006 and 2007's Xmas shopping bills. Let's see Santa fit that fat PS3 down my chimney, I'll FedEx it right back demanding cash, and melt half the North Pole in the process.
