02.21.2007 WIITUBE: BETTER THAN WIITOOB
Two weeks ago I remember reporting about the WiiToob and thinking "Man, I wonder who's the lucky son of a bitch that owns WiiTube.com." Turns out it's my friend John from iBloggedThiss.com - the guy who gave me the GameStop harassment video a few days ago. Organized much better than WiiToob, WiiTube revolves completely around the Opera browser setup, has a solid rating and tag searching system, and already has plenty of people uploading videos. I asked him when he bough the domain and he said pretty much the hour after Wii's name was announced. I like how it's designed with a help, trailers, and shittalking section, but more importantly - they're giving away Nintendo Wiis soon, which apparently are still hard to get in some places. So bookmark the site and keep your eyes open for the giveaway.
