I beg to differ - Thor (or, as it was called here in the States, Beyond Oasis) was among the finest and most underrated games the Genesis had to offer.

Dammit, I was hoping for Retro Gamer. I used to get that for free every month, but no more. (I work at a bookstore and outdated magazines used to be discarded - now we have to pack them up and send them off to somewhere else...where they just get discarded.)

If you had ever played Guardian Heroes, you would not only understand why it's on the list, but you'd know that it should be higher than it is. (I'd put it at 2, right behind Aliens vs. Predator, with the Dungeons and Dragons games in there somewhere, too. Batman Returns goes bye-bye, as does Battletoads (which really shone in the inventive gameplay of a lot of the non-beat-'em-up sections).
